Access filing season is upon us and CCMI is actively monitoring the volume of filings and collecting transmittal and tariff updates in our online rate document library. This year, on July 1, 2015, Price-cap LECs must file tariffs to reduce terminating end-office rates to an additional 1/3 of the difference to $.0007 and Rate-of-Return LECs must file tariffs to reduce terminating end-office rates to an additional 1/3 of the difference to $.005.

CCMI has been working with the state PUC’s and with the carriers directly to acquire the supported transmittals. PUC filing requirements vary from state to state and although some filings won’t be available until closer to the July effective date, we’ve published almost 200 compliance filings to date. We will continue to acquire and publish the filings as soon as they become available. As shown in the map, PA and OR have the most filings with 39 and 25 respectively.
