Oregon Exchange Carrier Association shakes things up....

The Oregon Exchange Carrier Association has made some significant changes in the last couple of days.
Just in time for the access filings, OECA is withdrawing both the #1 and #2 Access tariffs.
As of July 3, 2012, there were a total of 27 carriers in the association.
With the OECA changes, Stayton Cooperative Telephone Company is the new home for 17 carriers, who concur with Stayton for the terms and conditions but will be filing their own separate rates and charges (tariffs).
Canby Telephone Association has seven of these companies as issuing carriers with their individual rates filed inside the tariff.
Asotin Telephone Company has filed their own tariff, leaving only one carrier not accounted for; Home Telephone Company.
