The Missouri PSC ordered that any carrier filing a revision to their access tariff in response to the FCC order must follow a series of steps. These include filing 60 days before the effective date of the proposed tariff, provide supporting documentation for the change, and the filing must only include tariff revisions necessary to comply with the FCC order.
