Colorado – Docket No. 11M-1036T, Decision, adopted April 19, 2012

The Colorado Public Utilities Commission has ordered that all carriers file advice letters and intrastate access tariffs no later than May 18, 2012 in response to the FCC 11-161 Order requiring reductions in intrastate access rates. The tariffs will have an effective date of July 1, 2012 as indicated by the FCC Order.
Maryland – Notice adopted March 29, 2012

The Maryland Public Service Commission has ordered that facilities based local exchange carriers file intrastate access tariffs no later than May 1, 2012 in response to the FCC 11-161 Order requiring reductions in intrastate access rates. The PSC is also requiring that revisions to reflect the implementation of IP traffic provisions as issued under the FCC Order must filed by July 1, 2012. All tariff filings will have an effective date of July 1, 2012 as indicated by the FCC Order.

The Public Utilities Commission of Ohio has ordered that all ILECs and CLECs must file any tariff amendments by May 1, 2012 that are necessary to with comply with the FCC Order.
South Carolina – Order No. 2012-262, adopted April 11, 2012

The Public Service Commission of South Carolina (PSC) has ordered that all affected ILECs and CLECs must file appropriate tariff revisions in order to comply with the FCC 11-161 Order requiring reductions in intrastate access rates. The PSC is requiring carriers to include all supporting calculations for their proposed transitional intrastate access rates.
