Effective March 1, 2013 the Kansas Corporation Commission approved an assessment rate of 6.42% for the Kansas Universal Service Fund. This is an increase from the previous rate of 6.13%.

Effective July 1, 2013 the Public Service Commission of Missouri approved an assessment rate of 0.0017 for the Missouri Universal Service Fund. This represents a decrease from the previous rate of 0.0025.
