On May 18th, the FCC issued a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Restoring Internet Freedom, (WC Docket #17-108) that is the opening salvo in the renewed battle over net neutrality.  FCC Chairman Pai’s NPRM seeks industry comment on what amounts to a complete overhaul of the net neutrality rules and policies put in place by the prior Democratic FCC, and has the potential to:
